Cancellation and Refund

Due to the sensitive nature of Freeya products, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, and refunds are not available for Freeya purchases. However, if there is an overcharge or an error in charging your credit or debit card, we will promptly refund the excess amount to your card.

Return and Exchange

At Freeya, we prioritize health, safety, and hygiene. As such, all Freeya products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if you receive a defective product, please contact us at info@freeya.ae within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Include your full name, order number, a photo of the defective product, and the dates of purchase and delivery in your email. We will review the issue and provide a resolution.
